Niteflirt Niteflirt Niteflirt LAWD HAVE MERCY!

From the forum
As of right now a full 24 hours later there still isn't a yellow banner on the website to let those who may not visit the forums know about these changes. This comes a month after they banned Hypnosis on the platform. A few folks mentioned that they fear Blackmail might be next and the truth is I thought Blackmail was already against the TOS?This is a post I never wanted to write.
As of today, NiteFlirt no longer permits the following content:
Therapy, or any topic that requires a license
Intoxication/alcohol, poppers, or any suggestion of a person being incapacitated and unable to provide consent
Advertising any platform that prohibits adult content, such as Skype
To remain in compliance with our payment processors, we can no longer allow offerings that suggest you provide licensed professional services, such as therapy. Topics that do not require a license, such as sexology, are still permitted. Please remove all therapy-related content, including therapy, medical advice, and tax advice – these all fall under the same policy and are not permitted.
Additionally, we can no longer allow intox fantasies, alcohol, or poppers. Your content may not suggest someone, you, your customer, or anyone else, could be in a state where they are unable to provide consent.
Regarding Skype - well, we got a little preview last week when it was announced the service was going away. We hopefully assumed this would make this issue a moot point - but it has not. While you may no longer advertise that you use Skype for cam, we understand that Discord and Telegram are viable options (and permitted by PlayFair). We are also actively looking into a more reliable solution for everyone. While I don’t have any details or timeframes yet, this is a priority for us.
We know this is not news anyone wanted to hear. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to fight these changes, we were not successful. Please know we are as devastated as you all are at this news and are making decisions based on what we hope is best for NiteFlirt and our community.
Personally, I feel like bad news is everywhere I turn to these days. But this too will pass. As a community, we will get through it and will continue to thrive, just as we have with every other bump placed in our path.
We will be emailing everyone whose content needs to be edited but we have made the decision to not inform customers as the main goal for these changes is the content displayed on the site.
Please make these changes as soon as possible. Any content that remains after March 16th will be removed.
