Do you have geo-blocks on? That can make you not searchable. The other thing is under "Geographic Restrictions" there is a toggle at the bottom of that page saying "Allow Selected Logged Out Traffic"- make sure you have it set to Allow logged out members to see you. (it lights up green, I think). Otherwise, you will not be able to search yourself and no one else can unless they are LOGGED IN as a customer. Just know that after you hit that switch, it can take SM up to 24 hours to update itself for the changes to occur, in my experience.

Lastly, I am not sure if you are in the official SM Discord group (I am not) but you can ask in there or directly email Liz team.

Thank you. I did remove one geoblock a few days ago so maybe it's just taking awhile to adjust? I do have the toggle button set to allow. Hopefully things go back to normal soon.

Oh good, yes it used to not take as long to adapt to any adjustments but the past few months it is taking longer. You know how they are always in there messing with stuff. I am almost afraid to change anything on my account for fear of something going wrong in their system because it feels so unstable!

Also, I am not sure if you have a customer account of your own, but I do and that is how I can keep track of myself since I now stream "not visible to logged out traffic" nowdays.

Good luck, I hope it resolves itself asap. If not, email Liz directly because regular support are pretty much useless.

If worse comes to worse, I'd have them create a new account and transfer your faves and stuff. Let us know how it goes for future reference in case others run into this.

agreed! it's so weird to have soooooooooo many super old regulars show up that I haven't done shows with since like 2021, nevermind the ones I regularly do shows with now that are not interacting at all. it's nice to see them show up, but they are in and out in 1 second. are the rooms not loading? is there some kind of glitch? it seems extremely odd soooooo sooooooo sooooooo many come and go without a word

I've been there many times with MP and their issues.

The best bet is to not use their general contact info and email support directly at support@masspay.zendesk.com

This email will go directly to Gian or a support person.
