So he's into the lifestyle, which is great, as am I, however is this even allowed on Niteflirt? I checked the rules and maybe I'm missing it but I didn't see anything. This strikes me as something that would gravely be against niteflirt's rules, and now there's just been a long awkward silence so if this in fact IS allowed, I gotta plan my recovery lol. Am I allowed to agree to see the pic?

I really doubt it is allowed, since she is not age verified and not a member of the site. Email Niteflirt though to be sure.

Based on what NF has said on the forum, it's ok. I think it's insane that they are ok with this, because we have no way of knowing if photos sent to us by customers are actually of them or the person they claim them to be of. We have no way of knowing if the photos are stolen or if they are photos of someone underage (both of which would have legal implications). We have no way of knowing if they are revenge porn (also rife with legal implications).

But, basically, NF is ok with all these legal risks. They are even ok with doing public exposure on NF+ profiles based on pics sent by customers, which could be stolen, underage or revenge porn. I brought all this up in the forum post where a NF rep was saying it was ok. They seemed completely unbothered. I'm pretty sure this will come back to bite them in the ass at some point.

Personally, I will not be reposting any pics that customers send me. NF might be ok with dealing with underage photos on a porn site or with revenge porn laws, but I'm not. However, when customers want to send me pics, especially of someone else, I might try to gently discourage it, but don't disallow it completely.
