Never received October's earnings on Niteflirt

I've emailed support 3 times over the past week or 2, with days in between and I haven't gotten one single response yet. Oh, other than the first time I accidentally emailed them on the wrong email address and they were able to answer THEN and tell me to email on the email I signed up with. So then when I did, they ignored every email I sent them -.- So they're obviously there, they're obviously getting them and actively choosing to do this.
