Instead of making a bisque I keep the potatoes whole. It's kinda like candied yams but with curry paste.

I might have to make that hostess sheet cake. I have been baking a lot because I have a volunteer position once a week so for the last few months I have been baking stuff for the office. The first time I made a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache frosting that I saw on tiktok, then I made a cosmic brownie cookie recipe that I saw on tiktok. I've also made double chocolate chip cookies (the kind where the dough is chocolate), iced oatmeal cookies, flourless chocolate cake, birthday cake cookies, rice crispy treats, iced lemon cookies....that might be it. This week I'm making lemon poppy seed cake to use up the extra cream cheese I bought last week for the frosting of the birthday cake cookies. Next week I'm probably either going to do a blueberry lemon sheet cake with blueberry buttercream frosting or a strawberry sheet cake with strawberry frosting.
