Masspay resolved this, the next day actually. Support will respond pretty quickly if you email directly at support@masspay.io -- I always log out, go to my email and start a new message. On another note, Masspay is having issues, again. Transfer today did not go through - I got an "Error" message instead. I messaged Masspay support and blah blah blah.
I am going to open a Cosmo account tomorrow, since that is the other Boleyn option.
I hope it gets sorted out. Usually they handle things in a day or two. They had a major meltdown leading into xmas (of course), took me nine days to get paid.
