This didn't happen for the lamest reason. I think I did like 90 min and then broke for dinner which was potato flautas. Well the recipe required instant mashed potatoes and they made me sick to my stomach lol. I'm assuming it was them because I never had them before and nothing else I ate could have made me feel shitty.
3 hours today.

Damn! I hate when recipes flop. At least you still showed up for yourself. Going to try and squeeze in a few hours myself.Genoveve wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 4:54 pmThis didn't happen for the lamest reason. Any fake food is harmful to your health. It's fake, full of chemicals, poisons, fake flavoring, etc.Genoveve wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2024 4:54 pmThis didn't happen for the lamest reason. Food is either poison to your body or medicine for your body & just b/c you find in a fake health food store doesn't mean it's healthy, there's lots of lies in the "health food industry."
If it's in a box, package, can & most frozen food, it's not natural & it's toxic.
The best way to know if it's health is the following:
1. It was alive before you picked it or slaughtered it. If it wasn't alive, it's garbage.
2. There are no chemicals sprayed on it, that means pesticides, herbicides & glyphosate which is THE most toxic chemical spread all over the world by the evils.
3. It's REAL veggies & fruit, not the Frankenstein seeds that create genetically modified poison.
4. Your chickens only eat insects & veggies on their own running around outside, not imprisoned in a cage with tons of other chickens. That's called industrial farming & it's the most evil thing EVER. You want to find a small or micro farm near you where you get to know your farmer.
5. Your cows only eat grass, that's IT. Anything else is toxic for them.
6. Your animals are NOT given any antibiotics or hormones which means you are eating their drugs from their flesh.
7. Your cows & other animals aren't abused. You have no idea how many psychotic farmers beat their animals, tazer them & again, lock them in prisons which is why they get sick. Cows should be walking around the farm.
If they are abused, they are in a constant state of FEAR & then you get their fear energy when you eat them.
For any digestive issues I recommend you get organic coconut charcoal & keep it in the house. Mix 1/2 tsp with clean water & drink.
Don't do it too often otherwise it will harm your good flora in your gut (hopefully you have some).
I also swear by the following herbs that I make a tea out of for any digestive issues.
1. Valerian root (small amount b/c it's bitter)
2. Burdock (ditto)
3. Lavender (1/2-1 tsp)
4. Chamomile (ditto)
Put it in a tea strainer & let it steep for at least 5 minutes.

^^ I have never tried Burdock so I'm going to look into that.
To me Valerian isn't so much bitter but it smells like old socks so definitely has to be mixed lol.
