Anybody experience issues with streaming platforms? Advanced software knowledge needed

Does anyone have any experience using streaming platforms such as streamelements or restream, and have you had any issues with it in regards to using it for NSFW content? In their terms they don't allow explicit content, but apparently people have found a loophole in using it through OBS-- I'm not sure if this nulls the no explicitly content rule (like it's okay if it's used with the loophole) or if the loophole is just inherently a risk, and what's the most likely outcome/penalty for this, and what are the odds of being caught or anything actually done about it? Would I have any issues using it with shinemodel or streamster?
